We arrived to our room late in the evening after gambling and found that between the beds there were chips and fruit on the floor, the toilet ran all night, and there was no lightbulb in our lamp next to the bed.

We knew there was no way anyone would come up and clean the room late at night. So in the morning as we were checking out we told the supervisor at the front desk and she informed us that someone would give us a call.

To date no calls. Very disappointed in the service here. Limited restaurant service and you are at least 10 miles from closest restaurants.

By 9am both days was the most irritating construction noise. I would have liked to be at least put in a different tower to avoid the noise, but we weren't offered this option.

Our room itself was adequate and clean. We enjoyed the refrigerator in our room. The shower was nice and had good pressure as well. One thing that made me scratch my head was that housekeeping and front desk personnel didn't wear masks.

Patrons are required to hear masks, but it's not enforced with employees??? We enjoyed the food at T Mc C's the first night. It was rather busy, but we found a table and had some sandwiches.
